Cancellation policy

These rules define the terms for cancelling bookings.

Arrival Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday

• Cancellations and changes which are made up to a day before arrival are free of charge
• Cancellations and changes made later will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total booking value.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the booking.

Arrival Friday and Saturday

• Cancellations and changes which are made up to three days before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations and changes made later will be subject to a charge of 80% of the total booking value.
• No-shows will be charged the full price of the booking.
